Important: This acceptable use policy applies to galamento.com and everything on it: the website, every season page and video share link, and the emails we send.
In short
Galamento is for celebrating children's sport. Everyone using it must follow these rules; they are part of our terms. The full policy follows this summary.
- Photos. Only add photos of the team's training, games, events or celebrations that you took yourself or have the right to share, and that you would be comfortable for every family on the team to see. Never add photos taken in changing rooms, toilets or any private setting, or photos showing nudity or underwear.
- First names only. Do not put surnames, schools, addresses, phone numbers or other contact details in team names, titles, captions or roster names.
- Share privately. Share the season link and PIN only with the team's families and supporters, never publicly. Share finished videos privately unless every family has agreed to wider sharing.
- Never allowed. Sexualised content involving children (we remove it, keep the evidence the law requires, close the account and report it to the relevant authorities); harassment, bullying, hate or threats; using Galamento for anything other than a team's season; trying to open seasons you were not invited to or guessing PINs; misusing the report button; copying, scraping or reselling the service.
- What we do. We may hide content, suspend a season or close an account that breaks these rules. Content that may harm a child is hidden immediately while we look into it. To tell us about a breach, report a concern or email abuse@galamento.com.
