Parents
- Delete a photo: under Your photos on the season page, choose the photo and confirm. It is gone straight away and will not be in later exports.
- Get a copy of your photos: on the phone you added them from, open the season page and use Download my photos in Your data, below your photos. You get one ZIP file with every photo you added, at full size. For your privacy we cannot send photos to an email address, because we cannot check who is asking.
- Delete all your photos: in Your data, choose Delete my photos and confirm. Every photo you added leaves the team page and the video at once.
- You can still download or delete your photos after the season closes for new photos, until the season is deleted.
- Forget this phone: clear the site's cookies in your browser; the season will ask you to choose your child again.
Organisers
- Delete a season: at the bottom of the season dashboard, under Season, choose Delete season and type the team name to confirm. Photos, videos and the roster are removed at once, and the season link stops working. This cannot be undone.
- Delete your account: on the Account page, under Delete your account, choose Delete my account and type the email address you sign in with. Every season you run is deleted as above, with your clubs and your sign-in, and you are signed out. This cannot be undone. We keep only the purchase records our accounts need (plan, amount and date, without your name or email) for 7 years after the end of the year of purchase.
- Download the originals: on Team, Team Plus and Club seasons, choose Download all photos (ZIP) under Season on the dashboard while the season is kept. The ZIP has every photo the team can see, at full size; hidden, reported and locked photos are left out.
How long seasons are kept
After a season closes, it is kept for 90 days on Free, 12 months on Team and 3 years on Team Plus and Club seasons. Fourteen days before deletion you get an email: "[team name] will be deleted on [date]", with a download link for the original photos on paid plans and an option to upgrade to keep it longer.
When a season is deleted, all photos, videos and personal details are removed. We keep only anonymous totals, such as how many photos were uploaded, and the purchase records of the season without names or email addresses. Deleted details leave our database backups within 30 days.
