Team adds a tribute to your seniors and a download of all original photos. Team Plus adds your team logo on the title card and a Family Reel for every child. The Club Pass ($249) covers up to 10 seasons with everything in Team Plus.
Upgrade a season
Open the season's Plan and payments page and choose a plan. You can upgrade at any time and nothing is lost: photos, tags and edits stay as they are. Moving from Team to Team Plus costs only the difference.
When a free season reaches its photo limit, parents see "This season has reached its 150-photo limit. Ask your organizer to upgrade." Upgrading lets them carry on straight away.
How payment works
Payments are handled by our reseller, Paddle, which issues the receipt and handles sales tax. Your receipt arrives by email from Paddle.
Questions
Can the club pay instead of me?
Yes. Anyone with access to the season's payment page can pay, and the receipt can be forwarded to the club treasurer.
I paid but the season still shows the old plan.
Payment confirmation usually takes a few seconds. Refresh the page; if it still shows the old plan after a few minutes, email support@galamento.com with your receipt.
