Open the editor from your season dashboard (Open the editor). The preview plays straight away in your browser; nothing is rendered until you export.
What you can change
- Style and track: switch between Splash, Pitch, Rink and Classic, and pick another piece of music or No music. Until you pick one, the track suggested for the style plays and changes with the style.
- Titles: the title, subtitle and each chapter's name, plus a short caption line per chapter.
- Photos: drag to reorder, remove a photo, add one, or swap it for another photo of the same moment. Without a mouse, tap or select a photo, then use Move earlier, Move later, Swap and Remove.
- Focus: tap where a photo should centre when it is cropped, for example a child's face in a wide shot. With a keyboard, select the photo and use the arrow keys.
- Chapters: turn chapter cards on or off.
The fairness meter stays visible while you edit, so you can see at once if a change leaves a child with fewer appearances.
Export
Press Export final video. Each export uses one final export from your plan: the free plan includes 1, Team 10 and Team Plus 20. If an export fails, it does not use up an export.
Rendering takes a few minutes. You can close the page: we email you when the video is ready, with:
- a download of the MP4 file for the big screen (1,080p on paid plans, 720p on Free), and
- a private share link with a simple player page for families.
Two people editing
If you edit in two tabs or on two devices at once, the second save is stopped and you are asked to reload, so nobody's changes are silently lost.
