Sound familiar?
Every season one volunteer ends up chasing photos, sorting folders and checking that nobody was left out. Usually at midnight.
214 photos in the group chat
…and most of them are of the same three kids.
One shared folder, nine subfolders
Half the files will not open and nobody can find the rest.
11:48 pm, the night before
Still dragging photos into a slideshow, still worried someone is missing.
Three steps, no late nights
Galamento does the collecting, sorting and fairness for you.

Parents add photos
all seasonEach parent picks their child once and uploads from their phone. Photos are shrunk on the phone first, so uploads work even on a weak signal.
Your video, every kid in it
by the prizegivingAfter the deadline, Galamento picks the best shots so that every child appears, builds chapters and fits it all to the music. Tweak anything, then export.
Every child gets their moment
The coverage list shows how many photos each child has, all season long. When someone is short, copy a friendly reminder for the group chat. When the video is built, every child reaches the same minimum before anyone gets an extra turn.
- Near-duplicates and blurry shots set aside
- Chapters for each game or tournament
- A tribute section for your leavers

Built for photos of children
Parents trust you with their photos. We designed Galamento so that trust is easy to keep.
No face recognition. Ever.
Children are matched to photos by their parents’ tags and the numbers on their jersey, never by their faces.
First names only
No surnames and no birthdays. A child marked “no photo consent” never appears in any video.
Private by default
Each season lives behind an unguessable link, with an optional PIN. Never in search engines, never in a public gallery.
Location removed on the phone
GPS and other hidden details are stripped before a photo leaves the phone. AI checks photos for quality only.
Four styles, made for the big screen
Every style has a title card, chapter cards, a roll call of every name and credits. Text never overflows and portrait photos are never stretched.
Splash
Swimming and water sports. Clean, airy, with wave transitions.
Pitch
Suggested in New Zealand
Football, rugby, hockey and other field sports. Bold type and stripes.
Rink
Ice hockey, basketball and indoor sports. High contrast, quick cuts.
Classic
Any sport. Warm and sentimental, made for tributes to your leavers.

What is Galamento?
Galamento makes the end-of-season slideshow for youth sports teams. You share one private link with the team's parents, they add photos from their phones all season, and you get a finished video for the prizegiving in which every child appears fairly.
Do parents need an app or an account?
No. Parents open the link in their phone's browser, pick their child from the roster once and add photos. Only the organiser signs in, with a link sent by email. There are no passwords.
How long does setting up a season take?
About two minutes: team name, sport, the prizegiving date, then paste your list of first names. You get a link, a QR code and a ready-made message to paste into the team chat.
Which sports does it work for?
Any team sport and any squad sport, from swimming and gymnastics to football, rugby, hockey, netball and cheer. There are four video styles: Splash for water sports, Pitch for field sports, Rink for indoor and ice sports, and Classic for anything.
