Every photo parents add appears in the Photos grid on your season dashboard. You have the final say on every photo.
Hide or show a photo
Hide a photo to keep it out of the video and away from other parents ("Photo hidden"). Show it again at any time ("Photo is visible again"). Hiding is reversible; it is the right choice when you are unsure.
Fix tags
Open a photo and choose Who's in this photo? to add or remove children. Tags decide coverage, so fixing a mis-tag can change who still needs photos.
Reported photos
Any parent can report a photo from the season page, choosing a reason:
- A child here shouldn't be in photos
- It isn't our team
- It shouldn't be shared (unsafe or inappropriate)
- Something else
A reported photo is hidden immediately and appears under Reported photos on your dashboard. Keep it hidden, remove it from the team ("Photo removed from the team"), or show it again if the report was a mistake.
Automatic safety check
Every photo is checked automatically for anything a youth sports safeguarding policy would not allow, such as photos taken in changing rooms. Those photos are hidden before anyone sees them, and listed for you to review.
