Your season dashboard shows Coverage: every child on the roster with the number of photos tagged with them, coloured against the target. The target is the number of photos a child needs so that they appear often enough in a video of your chosen length.

Press copy and paste it into the team chat. The message names first names only and reads positively, so nobody feels singled out. When everyone has reached the target, the list says so.
Tips that work
- Send the first reminder halfway through the season, not the week before the prizegiving.
- Ask every family to photograph one teammate each game and tag them.
- Team photos and huddles tagged with everyone count for every child.
- Coaches can upload as supporters and tag in batches.
Email reminders
If parents left an email address, Galamento can send them up to two reminder emails per season before the deadline, naming the children who still need photos. Parents who did not leave an address only see your chat messages.

Why does a child with lots of photos still show as short?
Photos that are hidden, reported or deleted do not count, and neither do photos where the child is not tagged. Check the photo grid for that child.
What happens if a child never reaches the target?
The video still includes every good photo of them and tells you about the shortfall, so you can decide whether to wait for more photos.
