After you create a season you land on the share screen. Everything parents need is the one link: it opens the season page, where they pick their child and add photos.
Ways to share
- Copy the message: choose where you will post it (group chat, email or team app) and copy a message written for that place, in your country's wording.
- Copy the link: paste it anywhere you like.
- QR code: download it as an image. Print it for the clubhouse noticeboard or show it at training.
Pin the message in your team chat so parents can find it again later. The link stays the same all season.
Keep it within the team
The link is private: anyone who has it can add and see the team's photos, and search engines never list it. Share it with team families, not on public social media. For an extra lock, add a PIN; see Add a PIN to your season.
Tell your team's families you're using Galamento when you share the link. Each ready-made message ends with the address of the privacy policy, and the season page shows families a short privacy notice right below the list of children, each time they choose their child.

Can I change the link?
The link is fixed for the season so that it keeps working in every chat it was posted to. If you need to restrict access, add or change the PIN.
A parent says the link opens a “not found” page.
Check that the whole link was copied; chat apps sometimes cut long links. Send it again from the share screen.
