Create a season

Sign in, add the team and the dates, and paste the roster. It takes about two minutes and you can change everything later.

A season is one team's year: one roster, one link and one video. Go to New season (or press Start free on the home page). If you are not signed in yet, you will be asked to sign in first, with Google or with your email address; see Signing in.

Your team

  • Team name: as parents know it, for example "Riverside Dolphins".
  • Sport: helps us suggest a video style.
  • Age group: optional, for example "U10".

Dates

  • Banquet date: the day you will show the video.
  • Photo deadline: the last day for uploads. It defaults to five days before the banquet, which leaves time to review the video.
  • Season ends: the last day of the season.

The deadline must be on or before the banquet, the season should end on or before the banquet, and dates cannot be in the past. If something is off, the form tells you which date to change.

The roster

Paste first names, one per line or separated by commas. You can add jersey numbers after a name, like "Ava 7". Numbers help match photos to children.

If two children have the same first name, add an initial, like "Sam B." and "Sam K.". The form points out duplicates before you continue.

For each child you can also mark:

  • No photo consent: their photos are hidden from other parents and never used in any video. See Roster and photo consent.
  • Seniors: on paid plans they get a tribute at the end of the video.

Before creating the season, you confirm that you have checked the club's photo consent arrangements. Then you land on the share screen.
